Today, Wicklow Minister Simon Harris has welcomed the news that under the Community and Voluntary Energy Support Scheme, organisations in Wicklow are set to receive over €3,500 in support against rising energy bills.
Minister Harris said, “The latest tranche of funding under the Community and Voluntary Energy Support Schemes will provide funds to support five different community and voluntary organisations across County Wicklow.
Organisations like these provide vital services in local communities all over the county, and this money goes towards recognising this. I will continue to work towards supporting community and voluntary groups and am honoured to be able to advocate for some of the most important aspects of Wicklow’s communities.”.
