The Minister for Health Wicklow TD Simon Harris has announced €2 million euro has been secured in Budget 2020 for the Autism Plan.
The funding will be used for a number of areas including providing better information for those with autism and their parents, about supports that are available and to raise awareness of the challenges, needs and experiences of people with autism; and to educate key professionals working with people with autism.
