A restaurant and hotel group in Dublin says it will take legal action against the government if it extends restrictions in the capital.
The Press Up group, which owns the likes of the Stella, the Dean and the Workmans, says the Health Minister hasn't published enough evidence to support the shut down of pubs and restaurants.
The company has given the government until Tuesday to say whether it plans to extend the restrictions beyond October 10th or it will issue proceedings.
