There's been an almost 4 per cent increase in the number of passengers on Dublin bus this week compared to three weeks ago.
On Monday the 27th, 57,700 journeys were made on Dublin bus, while on Tuesday 57,858 journeys were made.
The Government thinks the increase is small in the grand scheme of things and that the majority of people are complying with the recommendation to stay at home.
It's assuring the public that measures are in place on public transport.
