The High Court case on the public access dispute at Arklow’s North Beach was up for mention at the High Court on Monday, but a decision has been delayed until later this year.
An ongoing legal issue has hampered efforts to find a solution to long running issues surrounding fencing which obstructs the right of way to a popular walking route in the area.
The case of Wicklow County Counilcil V Arklow Holidays is now scheduled to be heard in the High Court on the 27th January 2025.
