Complaints Made Against Passengers On Irish Rail Services See An Increase

Vandalism, assault and intimidation are some of train passengers' biggest complaints, according to new figures.

Irish Rail dealt with 560 complaints made against commuters in 2018 - up from 350 the previous year.

Figures from the Times Ireland show reports of anti-social behaviour almost doubled on the DART during that time.

They more than doubled on services from Galway and Sligo to Dublin.
