Wexford Bus says seats must be reserved in advance on wexfordbus.com
Wexford Bus is extending its Dublin Airport services to include pick up stops at Kilmacanogue and Cherrywood.
The operator applied to the National Transport Authority for permission to bring passengers from North Wicklow. Aircoach no longer operates its route from Bray and Greystones.
Previously, licence restrictions meant the Wexford Bus couldn't pick up passengers beyond Rathdrum, Co. Wicklow.
Now, North Wicklow passengers can travel to and from Kilmacanogue or Cherrywood. The service expansion follows strong demand and requests from the public, which the transport provider says “reinforces Wexford Bus’s commitment to listening to its customers and delivering services that meet community needs”.
Managing director of Wexford Bus, Brendan Crowley, says:
“We are delighted to extend our Dublin Airport service to the communities in and around Kilmacanogue and Cherrywood, following direct requests from the public. We continually are looking to improve our product offering and this is just one of the initiatives that we will be implementing over the coming months.”
