CAO Offers Out For Wicklow Students Today.

Thousands of Wicklow students have received the offer of a college placetoday, as the CAO issued Round One offers this afternoon.

83% received an offer of a course in their top three preferences, according to CAO statistics.

More than 20 courses were decided by random selection, meaning some people who got the points were not offered a place.

Students have until 3pm on Tuesday 3 September to accept their offers, with Round Two offers then released on September 9.

Those who accept their offer today will subsequently receive information from their chosen institution about registration and starting college.
