There are calls for new safeguards on 24 hour "dial-a-drink" services.
The Irish Community Action on Alcohol Network claims the sector lacks sufficient regulations to stop underage drinkers getting their hands on booze.
It's also highlighting incidents of intoxicated people having alcohol delivered to their home, to beaches or to parks.
Spokesperson Paula Leonard says the laws need to be updated to reflect this change in buying habits
