That would involve non-essential retail and gyms closing and travel limited to 5 kilometres from your home.

The ban on household mixing, due to come in on New Year's Day, could also be brought forward.

In the last 14 days, Wicklow has seen 186 new cases of covid-19, with the 14 day incidence rate here currently at 130.6 per 100,000 population.
