A HSE review into how the Beacon Hospital in Dublin gave covid vaccines to teachers at a private school in Co. Wicklow shows there was no evidence the school had solicited the jabs.
The report says St. Gerards in Bray acted in good faith on the assurances of the facility that the vaccines were legitimate.
An independent report published last month had similar findings.
A group of 20 teachers received the vaccines earlier this year.
