A 4.5 acre site in Blessington in West Wicklow, which has full planning permission for 54 houses and two apartments has gone on the market with a guide price of €4.5 million.
According to the Irish Times, planning permission on the site, known as Burgage Castle, is a mix of semi-detached and detached houses.
