This week on East Coast Drive, we're ditching the 'Drive', to celebrate Bike Week from the National Transport Authority.

This year, Bike Week takes place from September 12th to 18th, with events happening across the country.

Regardless of age or fitness level, cycling has proven benefits, not just for your physical & mental health, but also for your pocket and for the environment!

Ireland now has an excellent cycling infrastructure, catering for a myriad of bike users - from commuters and professional cyclists, to fitness enthusiasts,  first-timers and families.
