All boxes are now open in the Wicklow constituency and with tallies coming in Taoiseach Simon Harris remains out in front, as he passes 12,000 votes.
His running mate, Edward Timmins is lagging behind his Fine Gael party colleague with over 2,100 votes.
John Brady of Sinn Fein and Jennifer Whitmore of the Social Democrats are both holding steady with both over the 4,000 mark.
For Fianna Fail, Stephen Donnelly is trailing with over 2,000 votes, with the Green’s Steven Matthews further back with over 1,300.
Meanwhile Independents Shay Cullen and Gerry O' Neill have both reached over 1,000 votes.
