Launched in partnership with Sensory Stars, the initiative aims to create a calmer and more comfortable barber experience through quieter appointments, extra time and sensory supports including fidget toys.
Jamie speaks with barber Ben Condron about why the idea was introduced, the response so far, and the importance of making everyday spaces more accessible and inclusive within the community.
