Maxwell House Velvet Radio Promotion Terms and Conditions
- No Purchase Necessary.
- The promoter is Kraft Foods Ireland Ltd., 47 Pembroke Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, ROI. Registered No. 8513.
- The Promotion (Maxwell House Velvet Coffee Break) is open to residents of the ROI only, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees & their immediate families of Kraft Foods, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
- The Promotion will run from Monday 21st September to Friday 25th September 2009 on East Coast FM on The Morning show, 9am – 12pm. The competition will close as soon as the daily winner is announced
- By participating in the Promotion the participant ("you") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- You enter the Promotion by phoning the participating radio station during the show on which the Promotion is featured, during the specified time, with your answer to the question issued on air by the presenter.
- Each day the first person to get through live on air to the radio show via telephone with the correct answer wins the daily prize of a Maxwell House Velvet Sharing Pack. Each daily winner (there will be a maximum of 5 daily winners, one each day Monday through Friday) also goes into the end of week draw for the main prize. The main prize winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all daily winners. The main prize winner will be announced on air during The Morning Show, 9am – 12pm and will be contacted regarding delivery of their prize within 7 days of the winner being announced.
- The Maxwell House Velvet Sharing Pack daily prize consists of two Maxwell House Velvet mugs, two Maxwell House Velvet pens and one jar of Maxwell House Velvet.
- The weekly prize consists of a one night stay for two people in a New York-style Mezzanine Suite in the Brookelodge Hotel, Co. Wicklow, with full Irish breakfast served in room the next morning, dinner for 2, including wine, in The Strawberry Tree Restaurant and a Serail Mud Bath for 2 in The Wells Spa. No transport is provided as part of this prize. All elements of the prize are subject to availability and all elements of the prize must be redeemed in one visit to the hotel. Prize must be redeemed within one year of date of winning. No cash alternative will be offered in lieu of prizes as stated. Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Calls are charged at a standard local call rate. Calls from mobile phones may be charged at a higher rate.
- There is one competition each day on the show, plus a final prize draw on the final Friday, involving the 5 daily winners.
- You may enter as many times as you like but you may only participate live on air on The Morning Show once.
- One prize per household over the whole promotion.
- Winners agree to participate in any promotional activities which may be organised by Promoter in connection with the promotion.
- Promoter accepts no liability to the prize-winners for any aspect of the prize.
- The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
